OVER 1,000 HOURS OF MENTORING INDIVIDUALS 

The Perfect 10 Wellness Programme is the culmination of over 1,000 hours of mentoring individuals and their families towards improved health and wellbeing and has 10 parts to it. 
 
For years I have been trying to work out how to share my knowledge and experience in a coherent way without overwhelming people and confusing them even more. There is so much to share but not everyone is ready to hear what they must do to improve their health and minimise their risk of serious health challenges. Are you ready? 
 
The Perfect 10 Wellness Programme is my answer. However, it may be a challenging programme for some and I guarantee that for those who fully embrace the programme, it will be life-changing. 

 ARE YOU READY TO MAKE CHANGES? 

According to your behaviour and personality type, you will react differently to others. Not everyone is ready to embrace all 10 aspects of the programme, wheras some styles will want to tackle all 10 categories immediately. Which style are you? 
 
Signing up for the programme will be a life changing wake up call that will help your life and purpose to make sense as well as improving your health and wellbeing, regardless of which behaviour style you enjoy.

HUB or CLUB ? You choose!  

I want to make the resources available to everyone and so have set up four levels of access...from free stuff to VIP. In the middle, I've created a HUB where all the materials live, and a CLUB where real people hang out. 
 
The HUB is a self-help resource where you can work through the material in your own time and at your own pace at lower cost. 
 
The CLUB is a group support network with monthly online calls and a closed Facebook group 
 
 
My programme is suitable for people who are serious about improving health and wellbeing for themselves and their families, so please DON'T request to join unless you are willing to make changes.
